We are a well-established Wealth Management company providing financial services for both private and corporate clients.

Working within our admin team, we are looking for an administrative assistant to provide support to the administrators in order to deliver an excellent client experience. This role would suit a person with team attitude who enjoys working both independently and with others.

Covering a broad range of administrative tasks on a daily basis, an understanding and knowledge of the financial services industry and or basic knowledge of financial products would be beneficial. Specific St. James's Place experience would be considered very advantageous.

**Duties and Responsibilities will include**:

- Acting as a first point of contact for the practice, dealing with correspondence and calls
- Organising meetings and appointments
- Diary management for advisors
- Weekly preparation of all meeting packs for clients
- Update and input client information onto internal CRM systems
- Maintaining stock levels and ordering of stationary
- Liaise with Head Office and admin centres as required to complete client requests

- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to work as part of a team, as well as independently in a busy fast paced office environment
- Confident communication skills with team members, advisors and clients both face to face and on the telephone
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads
- A flexible approach to day to day activities, adapting to the need of the business
- A high level of attention to detail

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in data entry, administrative procedures, and office management systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
