Mortgage Broker

**Overview**:
Mortgage Broker required to work from a flagship estate agency office in Romford. This focused team of introducers is generating over 15 new mortgage appointments per week. As well as receiving new leads every day, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgageadviser, you will have unlimited and unrestricted access to the existing client base.

**Main Duties**:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join this flagship estate agency-based estate agency branch in the Romford area.

This flagship branch is currently generating over 15 new mortgage leads per week, as well as receiving the new leads you will also have unlimited and unrestricted access to the existing client base, to offer the existing client base a remortgage service

As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living within an easy commute of the Romford office, you will deal with mortgages up to £850k, however, the average mortgage loan size is £400k.

**Remuneration**:
£24,000 - £28,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, pension, bonus & commission OTE £55,000-£75,000

**Key Skills**:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Romford branch an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various protection products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).

Previous experience of contacting existing clients and offering a remortgage service would also be an advantage for this role.

**Summary**:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from a flagship estate agency office in Romford with a good basic (financial guarantees for 6 months) and high OTE.
