**Pay: Hourly rate £12.21 + £2-£2.50 per hour in Tronc (on average).** In addition to your standard hourly wage, you'll receive a share of Tronc, of which 100% is distributed to the team.**

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic **Runner** to support our Front of House team and help deliver unforgettable guest experiences. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow in hospitality, this is a great opportunity to join a passionate, fast-paced team focused on quality, care, and teamwork.

At Pasture, we pride ourselves on warm service, exceptional food, and creating moments guests want to come back for. As a Runner, you’ll play a vital role in that - supporting the team behind the scenes and out on the floor to make sure everything flows smoothly from kitchen to table.

**What We’re Looking For**

You’re someone who brings energy, friendliness, and a real enthusiasm for learning. You care about customer service and take pride in making things run effortlessly. You don’t need previous experience - just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the confidence to interact with guests and teammates alike. You’re proactive, reliable, and always willing to jump in and help wherever it’s needed.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Running food and drinks to tables with confidence and clarity
- Engaging warmly with guests, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Supporting the Front of House team during busy services
- Polishing cutlery and glassware to high standards
- Setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the floor
