**Field Sales Representative - B2C**

Marvel Heating are a dynamic company who work alongside Government schemes in the renewable sector. We specialise in helping customers to make the transition from traditional fossil fuelled heating systems to a new bespoke and innovative money saving system, that potentially self-funds itself through the BUS scheme, known as air source heat pumps. We are also an installtion company of solar systems and battery storage for our customers.

Due to the huge interest in air source heat pumps and solar PV, Marvel Heating is experiencing tremendous and continuous expansion, we are now looking for full time and experienced field sales representatives to join our growing team.

The role requires an enthusiastic individual who is looking for an exciting and rewarding position with a company that offers an excellent support mechanism.

Industry experience is desirable for this role; however, full and ongoing training will be provided. Sales and communication experience is essential as is a hunger and drive to earn

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Visiting potential clients in their homes from pre-qualified set appointments across the north of England.
- Presenting the company products with enthusiasm.
- Recommending appropriate solutions to client’s requirements.
- Managing and taking ownership of outstanding pipeline.
- Reporting to the senior management team.
- Ongoing training to upskill and develop sales and knowledge capacity.
- Meeting personal and sales team targets.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and driven

**Job Package**:
Full Driving License is essential, company vehicle will be supplied.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 - 26,000 per year + competitive commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
