**Teaching Assistant - Complex ASD**
- **Full-time**:

- **Special School**:

- **KS2 class - ASD**:

- **8:30am - 3:15pm**

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the teacher to plan and deliver lessons to a complex ASD KS2 class.
- Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional assistance.
- Monitor and record the progress of students, and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene needs of students.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.

Key Requirements:

- Relevant experience in working with special needs children, particularly those with complex ASD.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
- A patient and calm demeanor, with the ability to handle challenging behavior.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and deliver effective learning support.
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £1,400.00-£1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Special needs: 1 year (preferred)
- ASD: 1 year (preferred)
- School/childcare: 1 year (preferred)
