**Salary**: FTE £45,156 per annum (£13,547.04 pro rata)

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can really make a difference?

St Boniface Veterinary Clinic is a small, family-run practice dedicated to providing excellent care for animals and a supportive environment for our people. We’re looking for a **stand-alone HR Business Partner** to take ownership of our HR function.

This is a varied role covering everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee benefits, appraisals, and supporting managers with day-to-day HR matters. You’ll also help us maintain our policies, ensure compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven HR experience (Business Partner/Manager level)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Approachable, organised, and pragmatic
- Able to balance hands-on tasks with strategic HR insight
