My client is seekingA highly organised, enthusiastic and results driven Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team.

Founded in 2019 our client is a fintech company leading the hyper-personalisation revolution in the Financial Services sector.

Their continuous progress in technology highlights the banks and online brokers customers’ demand to see their needs anticipated, expecting personalised services and products to a granular level. They meet this need with a unique solution of behaviouraland content data that can be seamlessly integrated with the clients’ existing platform. Our goal is clear: providing the right information at the right time to the right customers, making our client’s platform a destination.

Operating in the United States and Western Europe, They bring life the passion for tech and innovation, exploring every opportunity that makes Data the best answer to Finance.

You will lead a wide range of marketing activities to include; Production of relevant and targeted collateral, Advertising, PR, Brand, Design, Events, Networking On-line (both internal and external); managing and driving forward firm wide profile building initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the marketing plan and activity
- Embedding creative marketing and communication principles and practice across the organisation
- Be the driving force behind all content working to deliver campaigns in a timely manner
- Plan, implement and manage marketing and lead generation campaigns and measure results
- Develop and maintain a consistent corporate image and ensure that the brand is well communicated across all channels
- Keep up to date on social media changes and the implications on strategy consistently remain ahead of the competition
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, research projects and initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Support the sales team in the creation of sales decks
- Some overseas travel may be required

**Requirements**:

- A degree in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising or related field is required
- Minimum 4 years marketing background
- Creative thinker with proven campaign experience and delivering engaging blogs and social media content
- Excellent communications skills, with a solid knowledge of English grammar and the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for latest trends is key
- Strong organisational and time management skills, working to tight deadlines
- B2B marketing experience
- A natural curiosity in the world as well as news and current affairs
- Experience in finance or technology sectors would be an advantage
