**The Role**:
We’re primarily seeking an **expert parquet floor fitter** with strong experience in:

- Solid wood and engineered parquet installations (including herringbone and chevron)
- Subfloor preparation - including suspended timber floors and concrete substrates
- Floor leveling - both compound and timber solutions
- Sanding and finishing (oil/lacquer/stain-based finishes)
- Underfloor heating-compatible installations

But ideally, you’ll also be **multi-skilled**, capable of stepping into other trades such as:

- Skirting, architraves, door installation
- Basic plasterboarding and sanding
- Light plumbing (e.g., tap changes)
- Tiling, kitchen or bathroom fitting
- Basic decorating and touch-up work
- First and second fix carpentry

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 10 years experience** in parquet flooring and multi-trade renovations
- **CSCS Card** - mandatory
- **UK Driving Licence** - mandatory
- **Own van and full set of tools** - preferred
- **Smartphone** - must be able to send photos, updates, and communicate reliably
- **Polite, friendly, and professional appearance**:

- **Able to work unsupervised or as part of a team**:

- **CIS Registered**:

- **References required**
