**Regional Care Trainer**
**Hull region**
**Full-Time role - 40 hours a week**
**£24,000 per year**
**Mon-Fri 9am -5pm, No weekends to work unless in emergency**

We're looking for a Regional Care Trainer to join us at Lotus Home Care. Travel will be required to our branches in the region.

If you’re a Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader or Field Care Supervisor or Care Coordinator looking for the next challenge in your care career, this could be for you, we would need to see a proven record of delivering training to Care staff.

**The Regional Care Trainer job objectives and responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the training manager daily
- Travel to different branches to deliver training to staff
- Experience within the Domiciliary sector for at least 1 year
- Health and Social care Level 3 NVQ
- Train the trainer qualification in moving and handling classroom setting.
- Good knowledge with IT
- Be confident to deliver training to staff in a classroom environment
- Driving licence and own vehicle is essential
- Business insurance for your car (or be willing to obtain this)
- Be a driver with you're own car
