Our client, a luxury interiors retailer, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join one of their Central London stores on a permanent basis.
The company:
Our client is a French brand selling beautiful home accessories, luxurious soft furnishings, exquisite art, and jewellery. With boutiques across Europe and the UK, they are seeking a Sales Consultant to join them at their stunning Mayfair boutique.
The role:
As Sales Advisor for this luxury brand, you will utilise your previous experience in luxury retail to deliver an extremely high standard of customer service at all times. Acting as a brand ambassador for the business, you will have the opportunity to learnabout the products so you can comfortably sell them to your customers. Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times
*Building relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
*Demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the range of products available
*Working to individual and store targets
*Taking part in and hosting in-store events
*Capturing customer data for the CRM where appropriate
*Contributing to upholding the visual display of all products
*Following all company policy and procedures including health & safety and security
*Following all company policies and procedures
*Store housekeeping
