**Overview**

**The Role**

This diverse and rewarding role includes:

- Manage daily administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist in upselling services or products during client interactions, contributing to overall business growth.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries and providing information to clients.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Provide support in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who has the following skills and qualities:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated experience in upselling or customer service is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously..
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial systems is an advantage.
