**About The Role**

**We are currently recruiting for a Despatch Supervisor on our Backshift, at our potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.**

You will be responsible for delivering performance through processes, ensuring safe practices are adopted at all times.

Reporting to the department Team Leader, you will supervise and work alongside the small Despatch team on the Backshift. Your main duties will be to ensure the timely picking and loading of customer orders onto haulage vehicles, along with unloading equipment deliveries to the site. Other warehouse duties and hygiene tasks are also required for this role.

**Expected Start Date**: Immediate.

**Hours of work**: 6pm - 2.15am, Sunday to Thursday fixed shift.

**Salary**:£12.69 per hour plus 50p per hour shift bonus.
