Based in the heart of Horsham, our ethos is all about our customers and we pride ourselves on excellent customer experience. The Assistant Bar Manager will need to have awesome knowledge of day-to-day running of a bar business from cocktail making to stocktaking to team management.

This role will be an average of 40 hours a week with two days off, with a direct reporting line to the General Manager. The Bar Manager will be working at peak hours, from day to evenings to nights. We make great effort to ensure our managers get at leastone full weekend off per month.

- Ability to bring ideas and put them into motion from motivational team rewards to team competitions to customer events

**The package for the role**

Salary, £26,000 raising up to £28,000 after a successful probation period set to review at 3 months.

Full time hours flexible across all days. 40 hours per week on average with 2 days off.

At least one full weekend off per calendar month (Saturday and Sunday).

28 days annual leave equvalent to 5.6 weeks.
Free hot and cold soft drinks on shift.
