**Role: Client Account Coordinator - MMUK**

**Location: Witham**

**Salary: Up to £25,000 plus benefits**

**ROLE PURPOSE**

The purpose of the role is to coordinate the commercial aspects of the Bureau Veritas M&M business, in particular coordination of our inspection business for UK and international clients. On occasion will be required to assist with the core business, as demand dictates. Primarily office based, the role will on occasion require client or site visits and event participation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES/DELIVERABLES**
- Day to day scheduling of the UK inspectors to ensure work matches to relevant skillset.
- Ensuring both UK and International Inspectors have the required, detailed scope of works
- Data management of job using our internal operating system and client information
- Producing detailed reports, status updates and invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Building strong relationships with clients to ensure focus is on quality service delivery
- Contributing to credit control activities as required to enable prompt payment
- Undertaking and providing training activities as required
- Responsibility to ensure all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental tasks are completed within a timely manner
- Ability/willingness to assist in other areas of the MM UK Administration team from time to time, as and when required.
- Pro-active participation in:

- Team meetings and following through actions/projects.
- Contributing to the upkeep and improvement of office processes and procedures.
- Identifying group offices or subcontractors who are more cost effective

**PROFILE/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Educated to A level standard (or equivalent experience/qualification)
- Ability to demonstrate building strong relationships either across department or with clients
- Ability to communicate to a high standard to ensure excellent quality of service
- Good problem solver with strong dispute resolution skills
- Full driving licence and valid passport
