Think Business Support Limited is a professional provider of business to business property related maintenance across London at the wider South East region. We operate a large number of contracts with Local Councils, Housing Associations, Facilities Management Companies, Property Management Companies, Property Developers as well as Businesses in the Private Sector. Our works covers a variety of both internal and external property care services on a planned and reactive basis. Due to our continued growth we are seeking an Accounts Junior who is looking for an enjoyable and challenging role in a busy office environment. This is a permanent position, with a consideration over both full time or part time hours, and potential flexibility with start and finish times. You will inherit an important role based at our head office on the outskirts of Brentwood in Essex, and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both clients and colleagues, ensuring consistently high standards are met.

Main responsibilities:
Data processing both sales and purchase ledger transactions into accounts software programs.

Liaising with Credit Control team to ensure customer invoice queries are resolved.

Liaising with the Accounts Manager to produce financial reports for the Directors.

Providing administrative support to Human Resources.

Skills and experience required:
A motivated and organised individual, with a flexible approach to work.

A good understanding of computer systems and IT skills, although software specific training will be provided.

The ability to work using your own initiative and within a team environment.

Good attention to detail, as a high level of accuracy is essential.

Excellent communicator with a clear and confident telephone manner.

The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

Analytical and a problem solver.

Own transport is essential due to location of the office.
