Would you like to work in a fun and fast paced environment? Have you had experience of working to provide the best customer service? Do you like to solve problems? Would you describe yourself as having great communication skills? Then this role may be whatyou are looking for.
As a Logistics Co-ordinator you will be liaising with customers and operational departments and therefore you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. You will be required to assess and recommend solutions, which meet the customer’sneeds in the most cost-effective manner.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Carrier liaison.
- Customer liaison.
- Resolving transportation issues.
- Administering returns.
- Ability to communicate at all levels and with all stakeholders.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Raising and monitoring carrier insurance claims
Some experience of working in a logistics background is advantageous, but not essential. However, you will need to have some administration experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
