We’re on the hunt for a **Warehouse Team Leader** to join our reverse logistics operation for our Asda site in Skelmersdale, supporting one of the UK’s leading supermarket brands. This operation is all about recycling and reuse and an importantpart of the supply chain.

You’ll be working a rotational days and nights shift, on a 4 on, 4 off basis

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re paying £10.00 per hour, plus £85.00 weekly uplift and a night shift allowance of £2.56ph (paid for the hours worked between, 6pm and 6am), paid weekly on 40 hours. In addition, we offer 22 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays. You’ll have accessto a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Lead your team in a fast-paced reverse operation
- Coordinate tasks to ensure all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Deal with all returned products and equipment
- Support the shift manager with engaging with the team and reacting to the varying inbound workloads

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Flexible with hours and shift patterns
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
