Our client, an electronics manufacturer based in Thanet, is currently looking for an Assembly Operative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role will be paying £9.50 per hour, and the shift pattern is 8am-4pm Monday to Thursday and8am-1pm on Fridays.

We are looking for someone who comes from a manufacturing, assembly or production background and has a keen interest in electronics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assembling products
- Working on a production line
- Following all Health and Safety policies within the workplace and to take all precautions to prevent accidents
- Ensuring work complies with all relevant work instructions
- To adhere to the Quality Management System requirements
- Ensuring all manufactured product meets customer required specifications
- To stop a process and inform the Production Manager if the Quality falls below defined boundaries in areas where statistical or any other monitoring techniques are used
- To ensure non-compliant product is segregated and suitably identified and bought to the attention of the Production Manager
