Our client is a leading licensing clothing company working with pretty much every retailer in Europe (including supermarkets) and produce a very much forward fashion product which isn’t the normal of placing a license graphic onto an item. They have full license the design what is “on trend “. They have a global team more than 500 staff and work with factories located in China, Bangladesh, India, and other countries

They offer a dynamic and global working environment in London with hybrid working and are looking to up the size of their London office by 25% in the next 18 months across all departments.

They are looking for a Creative Director to oversee the design team and develop and implement the creative strategy ensuring all products maintain the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards, deal with Product Development and Design, Brand Management, Collaborations and Partnerships, Market Research and Trend Analysis and Project Management ,

**MUST HAVE TO BE SHORTLISTED**

Proven experience in a creative leadership role within the fashion clothing graphics or fashion licensing graphics industry
Strong graphic design experience over menswear & womenswear
Strong understanding of garment production processes and familiarity with working with international factories
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a solid understanding of branding and market trends
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing and inspiring creative teams to deliver exceptional results
Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator
UK based and eligible to work in the UK for 5 or more years
