**Lyreco are the market leader in Workplace Solutions and specialise in providing workplace solutions to businesses globally, across a variety of sectors.**
We have an opportunity for a Strategic Account Executive to join our Corporate team at Lyreco.
This role will be providing a high level of customer and administrative support to accounts requiring a bespoke Lyreco solution. You will work closely with the Strategic Account Manager to engage with customers to enable a full “Workplace Solution” offering.
**As a Strategic Account Executive your responsibilities are**:
- To provide dedicated support to customers to ensure their queries are supported, whilst considering avenues to improve their overall customer experience
- To promote all ‘Workplace Solution’ offerings available to the customer, ensuring client needs are met & identifying opportunities for new revenue streams
- Manage associated administration, maintaining up to date & relevant data information.
- Report & compile business documentation as required.
- Support the implementation of new contracts/categories
- Work closely with the Strategic Account Manager to devise strategies to increase sales & profitability.
**The ideal Strategic Account Executive will**:
- Proven experience within a customer centric environment, with the ability to communicate, promote and cross sell to customer end users
- Strong planning/organisational skills & ability to achieve deadlines
- Demonstrable ability to self-motivate & work under own initiative whilst being a team player
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office as a minimum. Knowledge of pivot tables & basic excel functions would be an advantage
- There will be a need for occasional travel within the UK, as per business requirements
