Highly regarded Investment Management business with offices in East Sussex (operating a hybrid working model) wish to strengthen their business by identifying an additional member of staff to support effectively in developing and embedding the operationalresilience operating model across the business units.
Responsibilities will focus on the following:

- Supporting the development, monitoring and control of the Group level operational risk and resilience framework, standards and policies so as to ensure adherence to regulatory policy.
- Supporting Operational Resilience awareness, training, documentation & imperatives across the organisation
- Advising on development, maintenance, testing and oversight of the Central Incident & Location Plans to ensure that the business continue critical operations during and after any incident in an orderly and timely way.
- Organising production of group regulatory reports, ensuring they are analysed, reviewed and taken through appropriate governance.
- Defining and representing management information on the status of operational resilience capabilities across the Group in order to provide oversight.
- Assist internal Business Recovery Plan owners and administrators in the review and update of business recovery plans
Applications are therefore invited from individuals who offer appropriate experience in operational resilience, BCP, operational risk, enterprise risk, control, business recovery programmes etc.
Experience gained within the asset management, banking or financial services industry would be preferable.
Ideally you will be a member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) or the Institute of Risk Management (IRM).
