We are a mobile speciality coffee company providing the best coffee on Tv & Film sets, cool festivals & brilliant events across Surrey, Hampshire & London. We currently have 3-4 units, all of them slightly different and some can be very intricate to manage.

We are looking for two types of positions.

1) A large pool of skilled baristas/coffee geeks to have as part of our extended team for large events over the coming months. A passion and appreciation for great coffee is a necessity. Maybe you work in a cafe and you feel like you've learnt everything there is to know. We can take you to that next level. If you're keen and interested, we can give you the valuable skills you need to work in the best coffee shops in the country. If this is you then we want you to get in touch.

Own transport is needed, however if you can get to and from Farnborough Airport, you can jump in with us. This will be ad hoc work and very varied, lots of great events with high demand. We do some camping festivals too so if you have access to a tent that also great.

2) A head baristas who can be trained up manage one of our units. This will be primarily weekend work but there will also be other events in the week. For this you will need a passion for exceptional quality. Attention to detail. A problem solver. More than 2 years driving experience. Over 25 and happy to learn to drive and tow a trailer. Obviously there will be loads of training first.

Pay

Starting on £10 and £12 for head barista hour but this can go up to £20 an hour depending on how much we take. If we have a really successful event everyone will get paid more. Film sets are £150-£230 a day depending on the production.

One more thing. You HAVE to love coffee.
