**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Work Based Learning Electrical Assessor/Tutor to provide educational support to students both in knowledge and practical skills. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about education and has a strong desire to make a positive impact on students' academic journeys.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Assessor/Tutor located in Cwmbran. The Electrical Assessor/Tutor will be responsible for assessing and tutoring learners in the electrical field, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards. This role involves day-to-day tasks such as classroom delivery for knowledge aspect of Electrical qualification ranging from Level 1 to Level 3 and also teaching practical skills in this field to help support learners pass their practical examinations.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Educational background/qualifications in Electrical
- Occupational Competence In The Electrical Industry
- Level 3 Award In Assessing Competence in the Work Environment (A1) or equivalent or willing to undertake one.
- A teaching/training qualification; or willing to undertake one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- The job role will require travelling, however a car will be made available for this.
