**Programme Lead - Customer Service**

Venn Group are currently recruiting for an interim Programme Lead to cover a temporary assignment for a Local Authority in the South West to help with a Customer Service Transformation.
**Location**: South West (remote)
**Duration**: 3 months initially
**Rate**:£500-600 day umbrella
**IR35 status**:Inside IR35
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing an outline and full business case and any other required documentation and reports from a high level brief
- Forecasting project benefits, deliverables, timescales, cost and resource requirements
- Reporting progress of projects as agreed within governance arrangements in line with standards set out by the Programme team and give project advice and recommendations as required
- Leading on business case development, managing suppliers and delivery of robotic process automation technology
**Essential experience**:
- Experience of having considered customer needs and how innovations in technical and operational capabilities are leading to improvements in customer experience
- Experience of working in a Local Authority
- Extensive working on Customer Experience improvement in multi service delivery environments
- Knowledge of how AI is being deployed to manage customer demand
