We are looking for Team Leaders that want to make a difference. Not only support clients but staff to deliver high quality care.
We have an amazing team of dedicated support workers who are committed to our clients. You will be supported by your management team with regular supervisions and team meetings.
**The role, benefits and requirements**:

**Contract**: Permanent contract.
**Hours**:Full time role 40 hours a week.

We’re a family-run company, supporting individuals with their Mental Health in a mix of flats and house-shares functioning as supported living accommodation, enabling them to live independently in the community and supporting them to access the wider community and lead increasingly independent lives.
Our wonderful clients have a range of complex and diverse needs, and our mission is to support them in accessing and leading enriched, fulfilling lives in the most effective and meaningful way.
You will form part of a team with other senior team members and Support Workers, working together for successful outcomes for our residents. You will have additional support from the Supported Living Manager and Registered Manager.
- Proactive person who can use your own decision making
- Previous Senior Support Worker or Team leader experience
- NVQ level 3 or above, ideally.
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Good Attitude and work ethic
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Empathetic to people and kind
- Good communication skills
- A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference
- A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
