Brooklands Care Home Antrim is an award winning, state of the art, luxurious facility. The Home is located on the outskirts of Antrim adjacent to Antrim Area Hospital. Brooklands Care Home Antrim currently provides care for 62 residents and is one of 8 Care Homes owned by Conway Group Healthcare.

We have an opportunity for a Home Administrator at Brooklands Care Home, Antrim.

**About The Role**

**Your role**:

- You will be dealing with all aspects of financial and other administration for the home: preparing payroll, resident admission/discharge processes, recruitment and aspects of HR.
- You will enjoy working with people and will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and internal support to colleagues; we will expect you to be friendly, professional and efficient.
- You will receive excellent support from your colleagues and quality training to progress in your career.

**About You**:
You will be a highly organised Administrator who is used to dealing with people and resolving problems. You will also have the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently to tight deadlines.

Ideally, you will have worked in a care home setting. You are familiar with Finance or HR systems and will be an experienced Microsoft Office user. Your work experience will include financial administration, you will enjoy multi-tasking and will be able to work well under pressure and have great initiative. If you like the idea of being part of a professional team and working together to contribute to the success of our care home, you could have what it takes to be our new Administrator
