We are currently working with a highly valued tier 1 client who are seeking an experienced individual for a fixed term Social Value & Stakeholder Advisor role running for up to 12 months+ in a hybrid working capacity.
Based within West Yorkshire the role will be working within their civils section of the business.
You will be the main point of contact for queries, complaints and compliments. Additional responsibilities will include liaising with local residents and businesses from the community to inform them of what work is being undertaken in their area, and what disruptionsthere may be that will affect their every day services such as access for pedestrians and vehicles.
You will be expected to be pro-active in your approach with a can do attitude and to be visible within the communities as much as possible in order to engage with those that you are representing both on the client & community sides.
Researching of the local area will also be required prior to/during works commencing in order to identify community needs and aid in stakeholder mapping exercises that you will undertake.
Above all else this role requires someone who is a people person with a strong determination and willingness to engage with all stakeholders concerned to appease any concerns.
