The team is focused on gaining exposure to quality private market opportunities (through the acquisition of single assets, asset portfolios, growth Equity expansion or via more structured transactions) supported by rigorous due diligence, governance and risk analysis processes, fund administration and reporting.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Conducting investment appraisal and valuation (LBO, DCF and comparable analysis) of Private Equity investment opportunities globally
- Building, reviewing, and updating financial models
- Monitoring and reporting the performance of portfolio assets
- Preparation and presentation of Investment Committee papers
- Supporting deal origination and due diligence for new investments, including liaising with financial advisers, lawyers, industry experts and professionals at other private equity firms.
- Working with fund finance, legal, and internal functions on the closing and funding process for investments.
- Attending industry conferences, annual general meetings, and other events as required
- Supporting fundraising, including the preparation of marketing materials.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Relevant experience in either Investment Banking (M&A), Leveraged Finance, Private Equity, Management Consultancy or Asset management
- An understanding of the full investment life cycle and strong investment appraisal skills, including financial modelling and valuation
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- A second European Language is highly desirable
- Educated to degree level in a financial related discipline, or with relevant industry experience
