Previous sales experience would be desired, but not essential.

Our bright, modern centres are purpose-built and filled with storage units in a range of sizes to suit our customers. We are in the business of solving customer’s storage needs whether they need to store away a few household essentials, extensive business equipment or anything in between, your main role will be to deliver a friendly, professional service with added benefits to provide a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Customers Service: Supporting new and existing customers during the storage process, including live-chat portal, directly over the phone, and face to face.

Sales: Following up online / telephone / walk-in enquires within targeted company expectations, advising customers on the best solution for their scenario.

Store Standards: Customer’s first impressions are key, always ensuring that excellent store standards are achieved by completing general housekeeping duties on a day-to-day basis.

Additional tasks include collecting & delivering customer's contents with company vehicle, ensuring adequate care is taken when transporting from the customer's address to our Store First Centre.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent.

**Salary**: From £21,000 per year

Schedule:
8 hour shift, 5 days over 7 - Weekend work is required.

Supplemental pay types: Quarterly bonus,Yearly bonus.
