Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- **Shipping Oversight**: Manage and oversee the shipping of orders, ensuring timely delivery to wholesale shops and direct customers.
- **Stock Management**: Oversee stock levels across three warehouses, implementing efficient stock control measures to ensure availability and prevent overstocking.
- **Coordination and Liaison**: Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse managers and the sales team, facilitating open communication to ensure all parties are connected and informed.
- **Tracking and Updates**: Provide timely tracking information to wholesale shops, ensuring transparency and reliability in order delivery.
- **Issue Resolution**: Proactively resolve any shipping issues that arise with wholesale clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- **Wholesale Client Reordering**: Work closely with existing wholesale clients to facilitate the reordering process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience that encourages ongoing business relationships.
- **Remote Working**: This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional visits to our studio in London, Hammersmith, for in-person meetings and to foster team collaboration.
- **Trade Fair Organization**: Organize and manage shipping for trade fairs, ensuring products are delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Schedule and Work Environment
- **Work Days**: 5 days a week, with flexible hours to accommodate varying operational needs.
- **Location**: Primarily remote, with occasional visits to our London studio for key meetings and events.

Salary
- **Full-Time/Part-Time**: This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with salary and benefits adjusted accordingly.

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably with a focus on shipping, stock management, and wholesale client relations.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to address challenges proactively and find effective solutions.
- Comfortable working in a remote setting, with the discipline and motivation to maintain productivity.
- Ability to travel to the London studio occasionally for meetings and collaborative sessions.
