As a multifaceted company we present an exciting opportunity for a **Payroll and Finance Assistant** on a fixed term basis of 12 months for Maternity Cover.**

Our Woodbury Support office services all the sites providing finance, marketing, IT, memberships and people and culture assistance. You’ll be part of a friendly team that are always happy to encourage one another we also have fun outside of work and have an active social calendar.

**THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE**:
You will play a crucial role in the organisation by efficiently managing complex payroll processes for approximately 700 team members, ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements, and addressing payroll-related queries professionally. Additionally, your support in financial processing, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting will contribute to the overall smooth operation of the Finance function. With essential skills such as payroll administration, HMRC compliance, and proficiency in Excel, you are poised to bring accuracy, organisation, and a proactive approach to process improvements, positively impacting the Finance team's effectiveness and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
