**Interim Senior Finance Manager |PE backed FinTech and services company | Immediate Start**

Harmonic are delighted to be working with one of the UK's most reputable financial institutions, who over the past 40 years have built a powerhouse providing a range of financial services to millions of customers a year. Our client is looking for an InterimSenior Finance Manager on a 6-month contract. This role is **Inside IR35.**

**The Client**

Our client is a multi-million-pound company with a multi-entity structure meaning their sphere of influence extends across the globe. Following investment from renowned investors, the business has continued to scale at a rapid pace, increasing headcountto over 600 employees. The company has a turnover exceeding £70 million, with this expected to grow substantially again next year. Despite its large size, our client has retained a culture akin to a Start-Up; with a non-corporate, dynamic culture that is underpinnedby core values.

The client's service is available both online and on the high street, with over 150 branches in the UK alone. With the company's headquarters based a short drive outside London, our client is offering a hybrid model, with 3-4 days a week in the office.

**The Role**

Our client is looking for a Senior Finance Manager who has had recent experience working in a group and multi-entity structure. As the Senior Finance Manager you will primarily responsible for managing a team of accountants ensuring the smooth running ofthe finance function and accurate financial reporting. This is a unique opportunity to work in an exciting and fast-growing company.
- Oversee the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Financial forecasting and budgeting
- Develop Cash flow statements
- Produce accurate financial accounts (IFRS / UK GAAP)
- Produce accurate financial reports for the MD and Finance Director
- Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices
- Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments, and similar accounting entries
- Key contact with Auditors supporting with year-end statutory reporting (IFRS)

**Required experience**
- Fully Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Recent experience in working in a company of over £50 million turnover
- Experience working in a group, or multi-entity structure
- Experience of financial accounting reporting under IFRS or UKGAAP in a recent role
- Recent or current experience at Financial Accountant or Finance Manager level
- Strong communication skills

**Bonus Experience**
- Experience working in an omnichannel environment (i.e. online, and physical stores)

**Day Rate**:£500-£550
