We are currently resourcing for a part time, multi-functional Technical Assistant and Receptionist based at our head office in Warrington. The main responsibilities of the role will be carrying out project and tender administrative and financial reporting activities, and also supporting front of house and providing cover for our main receptionist.

**Technical Assistant**

You will be working in the dynamic and demanding yet supportive environment of our Warrington-based Risk Management Team, which comprises 20 consultants delivering approximately 80 live projects. Reporting to the team’s Technical Co-ordinator, your role will include:

- New project set up, contract reviews, quality assurance activities
- Invoicing (generation, monitoring and chasing)
- Monitoring and prompting closure of projects
- Running monthly ream reports for financial performance monitoring
- Proposals database entry, review and closure
- Bid co-ordination support

**Receptionist**

Reporting to our Facilities Manager, you will provide cover for, and support to, our current Receptionist. Your role will include:

- Greeting visitors and issuing security access passes
- Answering phone calls and dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Booking travel and accommodation through our travel supplier
- Booking/preparing meeting rooms, refreshments, etc.
- Monitor, control and order office supplies
- Additional duties where needed

**Key Skills**

You will be expected to be highly organised, flexible and have proven people skills, with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of an energetic and driven team. In particular, you should have the following attributes:

- High levels of numeracy and literacy
- Excellent spreadsheet and word-processing skills
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and show discretion, and to communicate with confidence and clarity
- Ability to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of organisational structure, personnel names and titles
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Previous experience of SAP is desirable but not essential.

All in-house training will be provided with on hand support.
