**Job description** THE ROLE**:
**32 Hour Supervisor**

**As a Dune London Supervisor, you will proactively strengthen our key areas of Profit, People, Product and Process. By supporting the management team to deliver on all KPIs you will increase the productivity of the team and store. This success will all be done of course whilst having fun working with fabulous teams and beautiful product**

As a Supervisor, you will support the Manager in leading and inspiring your team to increase sales and maximise profit. By living our core values and leading by example your Legendary Brand Ambassador behaviour will be aspirational to your team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Consistently drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets
- Support the Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver positively on all KPI’s
- Commercially effect your product range by reactive Visual Merchandising
- Inspire the team to be true ambassadors of our brand and always deliver exceptional customer service
- Support the Manager in managing, training and developing the team
- Champion all Business objectives

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Passion and enthusiasm for fashion and footwear
- Ability to lead by example
- Customer focussed with a proven high standard of customer service delivery
- Commercial awareness and reaction
- Excellent communication skills
- Sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence
- Good at prioritizing and meeting deadlines
