Together we are recruiting an experienced Customer Advisor to join the Service Team, based out of their UK Head Office in Newark.

With strong knowledge background in Customer Service, the successful applicant will be required to build solid client relationships and ensure that customer equipment is well maintained, reducing any potential ‘downtime’ in productivity.

The company has a reputation for quality, and prides itself on its reactive and industry leading repair and maintenance service, therefore applicants must be customer centric and able to uphold the company standards already set.

**Duties Include, but not limited to**:

- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring the service schedule and updates are effectively communicated to them.
- Be the liaison between engineers, technical support team and the workshop supervisor.
- Gain customer feedback on the service provided, utilising pulse surveys and measure key performance indicators.
- Successfully plan and allocate jobs on behalf of the service team, including on site client visits and new machine commissioning, maximising engineer efficiency at all times.
- Utilising SAP administrator all jobs via the system, checking the content inputted to ensure invoices are raised accurately.
- Follow up with the engineering team in relation to jobs completed, to ensure the invoices are raised within a timely manner.

**Required for the role**:

- Customer service experience is a must - ideally within a Service Advisory role.
- The ability to listen and be empathetic to customer needs.
- Able to use own initiative and drive decisions within a fast paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Knowledge of working with SAP system.
