**Description**:
**Salary: £37824 + £7500 Shift pay**
24/7 operational cover monitoring and maintaining all Military and Civilian crew rosters (including engineers) for a 5 day window from day of operation, to ensure the day to day flying programme for Voyager Force/AirTanker Services is fully managed and remains compliant within CAA Flight Time Limitations and crew protocols.
Being responsible for rostered duties or changes including but not limited to; delays, disruption and crew availability. Considering fatigue impact and ensuring that FRM principles and mitigations are in place to ensure a smooth, safe and efficient oversight of the flying programme.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Updating the crew rosters as required for a 5 day period, notifying crew of their individual itineries and report times. Ensuring any pertinent issues are communicated back to the Crew Scheduling, Crew Training Planning and relevant management teams.
- Flexible, fast paced decision-making and prioritisation of duties to ensure mínimal disruption to the Voyager/ATrS flying programme.
- Ensuring that crew are utilised in the most efficient way whilst ensuring a safe environment is maintained.
- Liaising with the Squadron and civilian crew management as required.
- Managing the long term, 3rd party contractual obligations and ad hoc charter requirements, ensuring all paperwork and checks are complete to carry out a safe, compliant and cost effective operation. Ensuring effective communications with both the Sales Team and end customer.
- Central point of contact for Crewing; handling queries from internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Supervise the day to day activities of the Crew Duty Officer
- Coordinating with the Crew Duty Officer all crew HOTAC and travel arrangements within the window of responsibility.
- Efficiently and effectively maintain administration tasks including, but not limited to; capturing errors through the Error Log Process, delivering OJT to colleagues and providing associated training reports, completing task sheets in relation to work carried out and providing a comprehensive handover.
- Be personally responsible for engaging in all facets of the role in line with the requirements of the ATrS SMS, Quality and Environmental Management Systems to provide a safe and efficient outcome to all that you do. This includes maintaining awareness of the company safety and quality policies and the hazard analyses applicable to your tasking.
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
- Experience in a Crewing environment is desirable, but not essential.
- Demonstrable computer literacy skills, preferably with Crewing software experience eg AIMS.
- Knowledge of CAA Flight Time Limitations and Fatigue Risk Managemant principles is desirable.
- Sound ability to communicate/liaise with internal and external customers and be adaptable to their changing needs.
- Demonstrable orgainisational skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a complex and demanding environment.
- Ability to make sound, critical decisions quickly and act as part of a team and under own initiative.
- Proficient in the English language (written, verbal and reading).
