**Town Planner Job in Fareham**

**I have Town Planner job available with a regional house builder looking to expand their town planning team in Fareham, Hampshire.**

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Give advice on planning matters
- Assess the land development against the company criteria
- Attend internal and external meetings throughout the planning process
- Keep updated on local and national planning policy changes
- Work closely with the land and technical teams.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Ideally educated to a degree level of a relevant course
- Experienced with planning for volume residential developments ideally
- UK volume residential experience from a housebuilder or consultancy.

**What you get back**
- £25,000 - £35,000 DOE
- Bonus.
