The role is a part of the site Focused Improvement team and collaborates closely with Operations Team, Q&FS Team, and Technical Team as well as with Global teams such as Product Development & Activity Management.

This role is key in the successful execution of innovation, Product, Packaging & Processes implementations on site therefore the associate is expected to lead Site Implementation Teams, provide input and lead certain improvement initiatives across the factory, and support with the expertise on-site as well as in global forums.

**What are we looking for?**
- This role will be responsible for the implementation of new products, packaging, processes, and raw materials on site. This role will collaborate with the Development Platforms to ensure the successful transfer of specifications. This position will also work closely with the site operations and Q&FS teams to implement the process, pack, and product improvement initiatives and with engineering resources for capital projects to ensure that standards are met. The third element of this role is to offer 2nd support to Operations in the area of process and packaging and Continuous Improvement to ensure loss minimization.
- Minimum 3 years in a Food Manufacturing environment working in Quality, Food Safety, Engineering, or Product/Process development

Working knowledge of food processing and packaging technology is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of statistical tools and process control and capability.
- Green Belt certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills & ability to engage people.
- Site-based role.

**Key competencies & Technical Skills**:
REQUIRED:

- Problem-solving (e.g. root cause analysis, six sigma, lean tools, design of experiments )
- Risk Assessments & Incident Management
- Project management and Leadership
- Experience with product development /site deployment or x-functional manufacturing experience with active leadership
- Process capability evaluations

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Lead (Site Implementation Lead) Implementation and Validation of ingredients, products, processes, and packaging through our Global PRP & PIT process incl PC, TRA’s, Test Guidance, and HO.
- Initiate and drive technology continuous improvement projects with the support of Operations, Engineering, IT, and Product development using Lean tools such as EDPS, PDCA, DMAIC, Six Sigma.
- R&D level 2 troubleshooting in the area of process and packaging to resolve quality, capacity or raw availability issues, loss analysis and direction for gap closure.
- Implementation and maintenance of all specifications (SOP’s) at site level (raw materials, recipes, processes and packaging)
- Knowledge transfer to Supply associates, via training and procedures.
- Collecting statistical evidence of process, product, pack performances.
