- Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4:30pm
- Salary from £10 p/hour depending on experience

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Operative to join our team at Total Digital Stores. As a rapidly growing e-commerce business, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, picking and packing orders, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting the overall operations of the company.

It would be great, although not essential, if you have previous experience in warehouse work and computer administration. Experience in manual handling would also be an advantage, as would working in a retail environment within a small team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and unload incoming goods from suppliers, and ensure they are accurately stored in the warehouse
- Accurately pick, pack and dispatch orders in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy of stock records and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Operate warehouse equipment including pump/hand trucks safely and efficiently
- Communicate with other departments to ensure that deliveries/orders are completed accurately
- Inspecting and vigorously testing faulty/unwanted returned goods
- Creating shipments to load into Amazon warehouses (computer based)
- Assist with other duties as required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Educated to a minimum GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
- Must be over the age of 18
- Must be able to commute to and from Knutsford
- Past experience in a warehouse or logistics role (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects
- Willingness to learn and take on additional duties
- Availability to work full-time, Monday - Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)
