**Key Responsibilities**

- Monitor the production line to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and document any deviations from quality standards and take appropriate corrective actions.
- **Process Control**:

- Ensure that production processes comply with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure adherence to quality assurance guidelines.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Accurately document quality control tests, inspections, and results.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality assurance activities and findings.
- **Training and Development**:

- Provide training to production staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Assist in developing and updating quality assurance documentation and training materials.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Suggest and implement improvements to quality assurance processes.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and equipment.

**Additional Requirements**
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime as needed.
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, including wearing appropriate protective clothing and equipment.
