Zachary Daniels is working together with a leading retailer sports and leisure retailer to recruit a Cluster Manager for a high performing and successful business. We want a Cluster Manager who wants to join a business as they grow, invest and develop
We are open to hearing from Store Managers who want to make the leap from Store Manager to multi-site management. To be considered you will come from a leading sports or leisure brand, have a passion for service, have high VM standards and can inspire thosearound you.
The successful Cluster Manager will be responsible for driving standards across your store, in addition you will be opening new stores and experience of doing this is a strong advantage.
Our client is going through an exciting time in their history, we want a Manager to join the business who can work on projects, face challenges but has the resilience and work ethic to get the job done
The Role as a Cluster Manager:
- Motivate and inspire your store managers
- Managing profit and loss, budgets, sales forecasting and various other key performance indicators
- Liaising and networking with head office, ensuring relationships are established with all key departments
- Use your initiative to complete projects and meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic to do what it takes to succeed
- Will be able to lead teams to achieve results in service, standards and operational excellence
- Excellent visual merchandising skills
A competitive basic salary of circa £40-45k plus company car and a wide range of company benefits, annual bonuses and incentives are on offer for the successful applicant.
