**The Role**

As a **Health & Safety Coordinator**, you will be responsible for managing risk assessments, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation for both our **warehouse and office environments**. You will play a key role in identifying hazards, implementing safety measures, and promoting a strong safety culture within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct and update **risk assessments** across both warehouse and office environments, including:

- **Fire risk assessments**:

- **Manual handling assessments**:

- **COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) assessments**:

- **Workstation (DSE) assessments for office staff**:

- **Slips, trips, and falls assessments**:

- Oversee and ensure compliance with
- **pallet racking safety regulations**:

- and best practices. Maintain, review, and update all
- **health & safety documentation**

in accordance with legal requirements. Carry out **regular warehouse and office safety inspections**, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions. Ensure the correct use of **PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)** and ergonomic office practices. Work closely with both warehouse and office staff to **promote a strong safety culture** and provide necessary training. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance. Investigate any **accidents or near-misses**, ensuring proper documentation and action plans.**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ Experience in **health & safety within a warehouse and/or office environment** (essential).
✔ Knowledge of **pallet racking safety regulations** and various health & safety assessments (fire risk, manual handling, COSHH, DSE, etc.).
✔ Strong understanding of **risk assessments and compliance documentation**.
✔ NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (desirable but not essential).
✔ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to train staff on safety procedures.
