This Local Authority are focused on supportingand guiding adults to enable a healthier lifestyle, independence and supporting them in their time of need hence why we're looking to appoint a Qualified Social Worker who is dedicated to making a lasting difference to join their AMHP team on a locum basis.TheJob Role Consists of: Managing and taking responsibility for a defined caseload and ensure full compliance Maintaining an up to date knowledge of all Policies and Procedures and apply them as necessary To supervise junior staff where applicable Fully implementall agreed care plans and ensure that they are regularly reviewed and updated Assist with formal and informal education activities for users and carersRequirements: Qualified Social Worker SWE Registered Experience within a similar team in a community settingAbility to work in a Multi-Disciplinary setting Ability to travel throughout the County including during unsocial hours All applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.Social work can be challenging at times and here at Aurora Resourcing weare always here to support and guide you through each contract.
