The role of Senior Fund Analyst will predominately be supporting Fund Managers and will be required to research, analyse and propose meaningful ideas. They will proactively collaborate to lead on relevant research activities where research and analysis willbe shared through various distribution channels.

**Role Accountabilities**

- Responsible for detailed qualitative (including fund manager meetings) and quantitative (using internal and external quantitative analysis systems) fund analysis across specified sectors
- Formulate conclusions to influence decisions made by Fund Managers
- Have significant input into / lead team discussions
- Use research and analysis methods to inform reports and recommendations
- Produce written accounts and reports that contain detailed findings by yourself and participants, if appropriate.
- Share and debate insights with key and/or relevant stakeholders
- Make recommendations/suggestions which inform policy/programme/process change
- Share results with the company, fund managers and any other appropriate stakeholder groups
- Provide support to Senior leadership of the Investment team

**Experience/Skills**
- Proven experience in carrying out fund analysis (minimum 5 years)
- Degree (or equivalent higher education) in relative field
- Knowledge of financial markets
- Excellent writing skills
- An inquiring mind and good attention to detail-Creative and innovative, willing to suggest new ideas

**Desirable**

**-**Experience in strategic/tactical asset allocation and or knowledge of MSCI Risk systems
