Baby Room Leader - Join the Team at Our Brand-New Nursery

**Location**: Lots for Tots Childcare, Hilton
**Salary**: £26,500 - £27,456 | **Hours**: Full-time

We’re looking for a warm, responsive and experienced **Baby Room Leader** to join the founding team at **Lots for Tots Childcare**, opening this September in Hilton. This is a unique opportunity to shape a calm, supportive space for babies to thrive — with a leadership team who care about your wellbeing and professional growth from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading the daily running of the Baby Room (ages 0-2)
- Creating a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports secure attachments
- Planning and delivering routines and activities based on the EYFS
- Providing responsive care that supports each baby’s emotional and physical needs
- Leading and coaching your room team with warmth and clarity
- Building strong partnerships with families
- Completing observations, assessments and progress tracking
- Supporting babies with additional needs and working with external professionals when required
- Ensuring a safe, clean and calm space for children to learn and grow

What We’re Looking For:

- Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
- Experience leading or co-leading in a baby room setting
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS, child development and safeguarding
- Strong communication skills and a kind, reflective approach to leadership
- A team player who’s ready to grow alongside a brand-new setting
