**Supplier Management Support **(inside IR35)**

**Contract Term: 13 Months**

**Contracting Authority: DEFRA**

**Location: Hybrid Bristol or Reading 2-3 days per week in the office**

**As Supplier Management Support your main responsibilities would be**:

- Ensure that Supplier invoices are received on time, reviewed and once accepted that payment is made within the contractual term.
- Complete timely record keeping to ensure governance is followed and audit trail is complete through use of team processes and tools (e.g. SOW Register, Cost Model, SharePoint site).
- Ensure that Supplier forecasts are received on time, reviewed and the data inputted into the relevant Cost Model(s).
- Ensure that Finance Governance is completed on time (e.g. receipting, correcting, invoice payment) and data is collected and reviewed (e.g. GRNI) and manage contract-related year end activity.
- Own the update and completion of data in the Supplier Coverage Master form. Support P2P reporting out as requested by Supplier Management Team..

**You’ll have relevant experience in**:)
- Invoicing
- Use of SOP/SSCL
- MS Excel at high proficiency
- Project costing
- Use of cost models / cost forecasting
- Collaborative engagement with internal / external stakeholders
- Working to tight deadlines
- P2P experience
- Following governance to produce high quality data

**Desirables**
- Highly Numerate
- Public sector experience
