We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work on our **Welsh Water **contract in Bodelwyddan.

As an Administrator (365 roster), your work pattern is 10hr days, 4on/4off 365 days therefore your average working hours are 35hrs per week. You main duties are allocating work to teams based on customer contacts, whilst using standard operating procedures and taking into consideration KPI’s.

Welsh Water is the sixth largest of the ten regulated water and sewerage companies in England and Wales who are responsible for providing over three million people with a continuous, high-quality supply of drinking water and for taking away, treating and properly disposing of the wastewater that is produced.

**Your responsibilities will also include**:

- Allocate reactive work received taking into consideration distances, productivity, and customer needs
- Deal with customer enquiries and complaints in a positive and helpful manner
- Encourage and promote proactive customer contacts to deliver excellent customer service
- Act as a focal point for issue resolution
- Ensure all defined processes are adhered to
- Support the Team Leader in making an active contribution to the Planning Department’s performance against the contractual KPIs
