**Demand Planner**
- Zeus Personnel are looking for a Demand Planner to join our clients rapidly growing team in their Blackburn HQ within the E-cigarette & vaping industry._

**Salary**:
£30- £40.000 per annual (negotiable, depending on experience)

**Hours of work**:
Monday - Friday
9 am - 5:30 pm

**Role Responsibilities & Key Duties**:

- Liaise with key departments on information flow to support the end-to-end planning process
- Develop and maintain effective forecast models based on customer forecasts, industry trends, product launches, and demand patterns.
- Preparation of input, analysis and facilitating monthly demand review
- Ownership of improvement initiatives for forecasting and measuring forecast accuracy
- Conduct supply planning and communicate to the procurement team on a regular basis
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.

**Skills& Requirements**:

- Experience with S&OP Implementations
- At least 3 years' experience in Demand Planning and Supply Planning, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Confident self-starter who is capable of working autonomously and driving results
- Analytical, dynamic, driven, energetic, open-minded, authentic, commercial
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with all stakeholders
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to identify and understand patterns and key trends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
