Flourish Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work at a Primary School near central Worcester. Our client is looking to recruit a full-time teaching assistant to work in a Year 3 class supporting 3 children with EHCP's and Special EducationalNeeds (SEN).
The school require a Teaching Assistant to support in the Year 3 class, working on a one to one (1:1) basis with 3 children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As a teaching assistant, responsibilities will include supporting the class teacher, as well assupporting children on a 1:1 or small group basis. The children are working below age-expected levels and have a diagnosis of Autism. There is very little challenging behaviour.
This is a full-time role starting after October Half Term or as soon as possible thereafter and continue on a long-term basis.
Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role:
Minimum Level 2 qualification or equivalent
Experience in a Primary School or Nursery setting
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
A nurturing approach to learning
Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant you will receive:
Day rate up to ?85 per day which equates to ?16,575 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

This Teaching Assistant role is situated near central Worcester, within walking distance of the city centre and accessible via car or public transport. There is a large car park on site.
