We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Supervisor to join our team. Using your expert knowledge, you will be the direct manager for a designated team of engineers and will be the first point of contact for field queries, escalations and overall support. Duties and responsibilities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing day-to-day activities within the engineering field staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the engineer’s performance, training and development.
- Providing coaching and training to all team members to identify areas for progression and training needs.
- Managing the on-call phone.
- Managing site investigations and attending sites at customer requests.
- Ensuring quality standards for all works carried out across the region and highlighting any concerns to the Operations Manager, including technical/job audits.
- Be the escalation point for technical queries for the engineering and office teams.
- Responsible for RAMS, PPE, Toolbox talks, van audits and accident investigations.
- To be revenue generating for a small set percentage of time, completing escalation/aged works.
- Regular team meetings.
- Upskilling engineers.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Comprehensive industry experience.
- Technical experience and knowledge of relevant legislation and standards within the disciplines.
- Experience of working within a continually pressured environment and to tight operational deadlines.
- Preferred experience of leading, coaching and developing teams.
- 5 years+ management experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- 5 years+ experience fire and security knowledge.
- Use of Microsoft Office packages, Word, Excel is essential.
- Clik for Windows knowledge desirable and a distinct advantage.

Hybrid working

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18.50-£20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
